How do I use Health Focus?

How do I enter SDOH screenings?
You can enter SDOH screenings for your patients on the patient’s point of care. Please see this guide to show you how.
For Athena Offices, AAFP & PRAPARE are integrated into Health Focus, complete the screening in the screening section for Athena and that data will be sent to Health Focus.
For 2025 OPNS requires 160 screenings per practice unit.
